How does the warranty repair process work?
Warranty repair costs you nothing if the fault is due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. Everything is smooth and simple:

Fill in the request form on our website or contact us by phone.

Provide proof of purchase
Warranty service requires a purchase receipt, invoice or purchase agreement and a completed warranty card (if one was issued).

Diagnostics and repair
Our certified technicians will identify the cause of the fault and carry out the repair using only original manufacturer parts.

Collection or delivery
You can collect the repaired appliance yourself, or we will deliver it safely back to your home (for large appliances, the technician comes to you).
What is important to know about warranty service?
Important: Warranty repair covers manufacturing defects and technical faults. It does not apply if the appliance has been mechanically damaged, misused, installed without following the instructions or repaired by unauthorised persons.
- Large appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, cookers): the technician visits and repairs the appliance at your home.
- Small appliances (coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, etc.): brought to our service centre or sent via parcel locker / courier.
